Return Policy
At RDH Partners, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Product Returns
We accept returns of most products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original condition and packaging, with all original accessories and manuals.
If the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to deny the return request.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rdh.partners with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs
We do not refund shipping costs for returned products, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. If the new product is of higher value than the original product, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new product is of lower value than the original product, we will issue a refund for the difference to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot process an exchange until we have received the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no cost, or provide you with a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
