    Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cobb County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator who is mutually agreed upon by the parties, or failing such agreement, by an arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in the event of any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement by the other party.
